Yes it’s true.  This little bundle of joy is now ours forever and ever.  Little Rosie (I’m a Norah Jones nut – “Rosie’s Lullaby” is one of my favorite songs on her new album) is just over 7 weeks old and we knew immediately that we wanted her.  After a few exceptions were made, Ross and I got permission to take her home before we move.  So after work yesterday we made a mad dash out for all the puppy essentials, complete with the Everything Puppy book and then scooped her up and took her home.  After a messy car ride, she earned herself her first bath and then explored her new surroundings.

Night 1 was pretty tumultuous, but she’s a quick learner and crate training and housebreaking should go pretty smoothly.  Next on the To-Do list is getting all of her shots, ID tags, and starting her training routine.  Ross and I can’t wait until she’s old enough to hit the trail with us!  So welcome to the family little Rosie Wilsie
